Job summary

RCS Learning Center in Natick, MA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The role focuses on implementing ABA programs, data collection, and collaboration with therapists and families to support students aged 3–22 with Autism and related developmental disabilities.

The position is full-time at our Natick Learning Center with opportunities for continued training. Benefits include health/dental/vision, PSLF eligibility, and potential to pursue RBT certification after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; high school diploma or associate's considered.
• Interest in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, human services, or related field.
• Experience as babysitter, nanny, paraprofessional, tutor, camp counselor or coach.
• Transcript submission may be required.

Responsibilities

• Implementing acquisition and behavior programs.
• Data collection.
• Graphing.
• Collaborating with OT, SLP and families.
