Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1-on-1 ABA treatment in a center-based setting, collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts. This role supports children on the autism spectrum and requires compassionate, reliable individuals who can work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must have patience and empathy when working with children.
• Strong communication with children and parents is essential.
• Reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced center environment.
• Experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients to implement ABA treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA by training families on plan implementation.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and colleagues.
• Assist with mobility and safety during sessions for children aged 2-15.
