Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians for center-based, 1-1 treatment with children on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes compassionate interaction, data collection, and collaborative family training in a supportive, team-oriented setting.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Some experience with ASD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Reliable transportation to and from the center.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Physically assist clients as they move during sessions (lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
