Job summary

Behavioral Perspective Inc. is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children, teens, and young adults with Autism across clinics, client homes, schools, and community settings.

You will work under supervision from managers and BCBAs, helping clients develop self-advocacy and essential life skills, while supporting improvements in communication and social interactions. A strong, reliable team player is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Clear criminal background check, sex offender registry check, and abuse and neglect registry check.
• Clear MVR background check (as required by position).
• Preferred: experience in ABA or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with clients.
• Collaborate with managers and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Support clients in developing self-advocacy and essential life skills.
• Help clients learn socially significant behaviors and improve social interactions.
• Work across locations including BPI clinics, client homes, schools, and community settings.
