Job summary

Constellation Health Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-based interventions in home, clinic, community, and school settings. You will implement programs under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support family training.

Responsibilities include teaching targeted behaviors, recording progress, ensuring safety, and coordinating with caregivers and professionals. A bachelor’s or an associate’s degree with relevant experience and RBT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent.
• An associate’s degree with two years direct relevant experience.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification required.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Experience with youth and families needing behavior management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Teaches targeted behaviors using ABA techniques and data collection.
• Records and tracks data from training sessions.
• Reinforces positive behavior and provides parent training.
• Communicates with administrators, parents, and community members.
• Maintains accurate documentation of intervention goals and progress.
