Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-on-1 ABA treatment with children in a center-based setting. BTs work closely with BCBAs to implement tailored plans and collect progress data for each client.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with children is preferred.
• Prior experience with behavioral challenges is preferred.
• HIPAA/confidentiality awareness is expected.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Support families on implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with safe physical engagement as children move in the session area.
