Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team, delivering 1-on-1 ABA services under BCBA supervision to children aged 2–15.

We offer paid training, guaranteed hours for part-time or full-time roles, and competitive compensation in a supportive, team-oriented environment that aims to positively impact families and their children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Prior experience providing support to children with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred, though training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically engage with clients as they move during sessions.
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
