Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1-on-1 treatment with children on the autism spectrum, under the supervision of BCBAs in a center-based setting.

The role offers part-time or full-time hours, paid training, competitive pay, and benefits for full-time staff. You will contribute to progress in meaningful ways, help families, and grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with ASD or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations and HIPAA familiarity.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and staff.
• Assist with activities involving children aged 2–15 and maintain safety.
