Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health provider delivering ABA services to children from birth to 21 years. As a Behavior Technician, you will work 1-on-1 in clients’ homes under a BCBA, delivering tailored treatment plans and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Experience providing support to children with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Reliable transportation to commute to assigned work locations.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality and company policies.
• Strong multitasking and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Respond to client and family needs with clear communication.
• Maintain documentation and liaise with supervisors and families.
• Assist with safe movement and engagement of children (2–15 years) during sessions.
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
