Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility in Mobile, AL is seeking a Supervisor, Operations A320 on the Second Shift. The role leads production activities, ensures safety, and coordinates across stations to meet schedule.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- 4+ years in aviation manufacturing or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and communication capabilities.
- Experience with SAP, MES and HMS systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead production activities within the Station and oversee manpower.
- Ensure safety and OSHA compliance across the team.
- Coordinate and communicate Station activities with cross-functional teams.
- Manage equipment, tools, and materials for the Station.
- Provide daily/weekly progress updates to management.
- Develop manpower forecasts based on workload and skill needs.
