Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• 0–3 years of aerospace experience preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles and tools.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and quality system management.
• Fluency in German or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess manufacturing non-conformities and support production changes.
• Provide technical answers and clarify work orders/drawings for aircraft mechanical items.
• Interface with FAL production and back office for work order adaptation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing process.
