Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Operations A320 Second Shift for the Final Assembly Line in Mobile, AL. The role leads manufacturing activities at the Station, maintains tools/jigs, and acts as deputy in the Business Unit Leader's absence.

You will oversee a multi-disciplinary team, ensure safety standards, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with global teams. This on-site position includes competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of Aviation manufacturing/assembly experience.
• Strong English communication skills; cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employees assigned to the Station and oversee production activities.
• Lead safety compliance and ensure adherence to OSHA rules.
• Coordinate Station activities with FAL and other teams.
• Develop manpower forecast and ensure on-time delivery.
