Job summary

The A-Team Member at Leo Chevy Indy and Stoops Of Muncie is a friendly, energetic professional who will be the first impression for the dealership. You will make 200–250 outbound calls daily to set appointments for our Solution Specialists, focusing on building relationships with prospective car buyers.

No automotive experience is required—we train and develop the right candidate to succeed. You’ll work Monday–Friday with some Saturdays, receive competitive hourly pay plus weekly bonuses, and

Qualifications

Experience in phone sales, appointment setting, marketing or confidence speaking to new people on the phone.
Ability to ask tough questions and handle objections.
Capable of making 200–250 outbound calls daily.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Make 200–250 outbound calls daily to prospective car buyers and set appointments for Solution Specialists.
Build and maintain positive relationships with new prospects.
Meet or exceed productivity and performance goals.
