Job summary

ABC Supply in Beloit, WI is seeking an NSC A/R Payment Intake Specialist to ensure timely application of customer payments and accurate posting to customer accounts. The role focuses on precision, efficiency, and strong communication with customers, branches, and internal teams.

You will maintain positive relationships, provide World Class Customer Service, and support aging reviews and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of accounts receivable and general accounting principles.
• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate application of customer account payments.
• Post payments to customer accounts; prepare and process journal entries.
• Communicate effectively with customers, branches, and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and branches.
• Provide World Class Customer Service to customers, branches, and internal departments.
• Identify and escalate repetitive branch and customer issues.
• Perform aging reviews.
