ABC Supply, a leading wholesale distributor, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Beloit, WI. You will reconcile aging, resolve payment discrepancies, and assist in collecting overdue invoices while maintaining strong relationships with customers and national support teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and the ability to analyze data using Excel and ERP portals. Join a collaborative team and contribute to cash flow improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• AS400 or Agility experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile account aging for assigned portfolio.
• Prompt resolution on payment discrepancies using customers’ portals.
• Research and resolve account variances with trend recognition.
• Escalate account issues for timely resolution.
• Assist in collection of past due invoices.
• Prepare and process various journal entries per policy.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, branches, and support teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline AR functions.
