Accounts Payable Manager – IPS Enterprises (Immediate Opening)

Your hands-on, dynamic Accounts Payable Manager role focuses on providing leadership and development for an existing A/P team member while managing day-to‑paced operations and special projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can adapt to strong personalities, and has a proven ability to lead and mentor.

Base Pay Range

$32.00/hr – $36.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Accounts Payable function.
• Initially perform A/P tasks to understand processes, then transition to leadership and oversight.
• Resolve disputes and ensure timely, accurate payments.
• Develop and train the current A/P team member.
• Manage projects assigned by leadership.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with an adaptable communication style.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Operations.
• Project management experience.
• Familiarity with Vision and Epicor software preferred.
• No degree required; experience and leadership ability are key.
