Job summary

DSI Tech in Ashburn, Virginia, is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate recordkeeping.

You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors, reconcile ledgers, and support monthly closings while maintaining confidentiality and upholding GAAP.

Required: 3–4 years in mid-level accounting, Oracle NetSuite experience, and a BA/BS in Accounting preferred; salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in a mid-level Accounting Specialist role performing A/R, A/P, credit card reconciliations, and account reconciliations
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite (Oracle NS) is preferred within this program
• BA/BS in Accounting preferred

Responsibilities

• Record, verify, and enter transactions to ensure data integrity
• Manage full A/P and A/R cycles including invoice processing, billing, and vendor payments
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and perform monthly reconciliations of bank, merchant, and credit card statements
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client issues and supporting finance projects
