DSI Tech in Ashburn, Virginia, seeks an Accounting Specialist to manage A/P & A/R, ensure accurate records, and support daily financial operations. This in-office role requires attention to detail and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in a mid-level accounting role, experience with NetSuite, and strong Excel skills. BA/BS in Accounting preferred; CEGAAP knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• 3–4 years in mid-level Accounting Specialist role with A/R and A/P tasks.
• Experience with credit card reconciliations and general ledger.
• BA/BS in Accounting preferred; GAAP knowledge essential.
• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Record, verify, and enter financial transactions accurately.
• Process full A/P and A/R cycles including invoicing and payments.
• Reconcilie general ledger accounts for accuracy and completeness.
• Monthly bank, merchant, and credit card statement reconciliations.
• Monitor cash receipts and disbursements; ensure timely processes.
• Generate invoices, expense reports, and investigator payments.
• Deliver excellent client service and resolve issues promptly.
• Support accounting projects and maintain confidentiality.
