Job summary

DSI Tech in Ashburn, Virginia is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable in a full-time, in-office role. You will ensure accurate data entry, timely processing, and strong collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

The role requires 3–4 years of mid-level accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, and experience with Oracle NetSuite and Excel. You will contribute to efficient financial operations and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in a mid-level Accounting Specialist role with A/R, A/P, reconciliations.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite preferred.
• BA/BS in Accounting preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP systems familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Record, verify, and enter financial transactions to ensure data integrity.
• Manage full cycle A/P and A/R: invoices, billing, vendor payments.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank/merchant/card statements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support department needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
