Qualifications

• 3–4 years in a mid-level Accounting Specialist role handling A/R, A/P, and reconciliations.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite (NS) preferred.
• BA/BS in Accounting preferred.
• Credit card reconciliation experience required.
• Expertise in GAAP accounting.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Record, verify, and enter financial transactions to ensure data integrity.
• Manage full A/P and A/R cycles, including invoicing, billing, and vendor payments.
• Reconcile general ledger, bank, merchant, and credit card statements.
• Deliver customer service by addressing client issues and inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with policies.
• Collaborate with department heads and external partners to support financial operations.
