Job summary

DSI Tech in Ashburn, Virginia, is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in a full-time, in-office role. You will ensure timely processing, accurate recordkeeping, and seamless financial operations while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of A/R/A/P experience, familiarity with Oracle NetSuite, and a BA/BS in Accounting is preferred. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in a mid-level Accounting Specialist role performing A/R, A/P, credit card reconciliations, and account reconciliations.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is preferred.
• BA/BS in Accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record, verify, and enter financial transactions to ensure data integrity.
• Manage full cycle A/P and A/R including invoicing, billing, and vendor payments.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank/credit card statements monthly.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal staff to resolve issues.
