DSI Tech in Ashburn, Virginia, is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely processing, accurate recordkeeping, and efficient financial operations.

Responsibilities include full A/P and A/R cycles, invoice processing, reconciliations, and maintaining client and internal stakeholder service levels, with strong GAAP knowledge and Oracle NetSuite experience preferred.

Formación

• 3–4 years in a mid-level Accounting Specialist role with A/R and A/P.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Record and verify financial transactions accurately.
• Manage full A/P and A/R cycles, including invoicing and vendor payments.
• Reconcile GL accounts and bank, merchant, and credit card statements.
• Deliver excellent service to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.
