Job summary
Glocap Tech in the United States seeks a Specification Sales Representative to champion acoustical interior solutions with architects and designers, guiding product selection from schematic design through construction. You will educate design teams on performance data, discuss customization options, and build long-term relationships across A&D firms while traveling regularly.

Qualifications
- Experience in specification sales, architectural products, commercial interiors, or building materials (AEC industry).
- Ability to read architectural drawings/specifications and deliver compelling presentations.
- Existing relationships with architects/interior designers and specifiers preferred.
- Familiarity with construction processes, acoustics, and millwork is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with architects and designers to drive product selection from schematic design through construction documentation.
- Cultivate long-term, high-trust relationships with key decision-makers across A&D firms.
- Deliver accredited continuing education presentations (AIA CES, IDCEC) and educate design teams on acoustical performance and code compliance.
- Guide clients on product customization and acoustical performance data, coordinating with SMEs and estimating teams.
