Job summary

Glocap Tech is seeking a results-driven Specification Sales Representative to champion high-performance interior acoustical and custom millwork solutions within the Architecture & Design community. You will partner with architects and interior designers during schematic and design phases, serving as a trusted technical advisor on acoustics, aesthetics, and code compliance.

Qualifications

Proven track record in PRO specification sales or architectural products.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings/specifications.
Existing relationships with architects, interior designers, and specifiers (preferred).
Familiarity with commercial construction processes and acoustics is a plus.
Willingness to travel regularly across a regional territory.

Responsibilities

Specification Development: drive product selection from schematic design through construction documentation.
Relationship Building: nurture long-term, high-trust relationships with key A&D decision-makers.
Education & Thought Leadership: deliver accredited CE presentations (AIA CES, IDCEC).
Technical & Design Support: guide clients on acoustics, finishes, and code compliance.
Pipeline Management: track milestones and convert specifications into awarded revenue.
