Job summary

DXC Technology Company is expanding its Aerospace and Defense footprint as a Business Development Executive. The role focuses on selling large-scale digital transformation programs to defense primes, OEMs, and Tier 1/2 suppliers, including cloud, data, and cybersecurity solutions.

You will develop strategies, manage long sales cycles, and build trusted executive relationships while coordinating with partners and hyperscalers to close multi-year engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong focus on aerospace and defense.
• Proven track record growing aerospace and defense accounts and closing multi-year services deals.
• Experience selling digital engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity, or other mission-critical technology solutions.
• Familiarity with regulated environments (ITAR/export controls) and security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Own Aerospace and Defense growth, including pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
• Lead large, complex capture pursuits and proposals with strategic win strategies.
• Build executive relationships with clients and partners, coordinating with hyperscalers.
