Job summary

Design Management Company in Dallas seeks an Architectural & Design (A&D) Business Development Account Manager to cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and fabricators, driving product specifications and market presence for luxury surfaces.

You will lead showroom-based initiatives, provide technical guidance, and deliver an elevated client experience from concept through installation, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful business development or outside sales experience in architectural products, natural stone, tile, luxury furnishings, or related design fields.
• Proven ability to build relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and commercial decision‑makers.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic territory plans to increase product specifications and drive revenue growth.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with design professionals and key decision-makers in the Dallas area.
