Job summary
Hansgrohe Group is seeking a focused Key Account Manager - Architects & Designers in Dallas, TX. You will develop and manage strategic relationships with leading architects and interior designers, guiding design-phase specifications for AXOR and hansgrohe products and coordinating with the Global Projects team for execution and pricing.
You will drive the specification process, build key account plans, and expand the project pipeline while collaborating with local dealers and design partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in A&D sales or project-based sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Dallas/Fort Worth design market.
- Experience with architects, interior designers, developers, and design firms.
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with decision-makers.
- CRM experience with pipeline management (SAP C4C preferred).
Responsibilities
- Define strategy and target A&D customers in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.
- Drive product specification and engage customers early in design stages.
- Partner with Global Projects and sales teams to move projects through the pipeline.
- Maintain customer activity, project pipeline, and forecasting in CRM.
- Launch products through events, CEUs, and showroom engagements.
- Collaborate with partners to support specification and project conversion.
- Monitor market trends and represent Hansgrohe at industry events.
