Job summary

Armina Stone, a growing South Florida supplier of natural stone, quartz, and surfaces, is seeking an Architectural & Design (A&D) Sales Representative who thrives on relationship building. You will develop new business with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors, turning connections into long-term partnerships.

In this role you will manage a proactive pipeline, present showroom solutions, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project

Qualifications

• Experience in architectural and design sales or luxury building materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of the South Florida architecture/design community is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, general contractors, renovation contractors, builders and other industry professionals.
• Identify and pursue opportunities within multifamily, condominium, hospitality, commercial, renovation and new-construction markets.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, market research, industry events, referrals and proactive outreach.
• Introduce clients to Armina Stone's natural stone, quartz, porcelain surfaces and other capabilities.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, showroom appointments, presentations and product introductions.
• Develop proposals for new business opportunities and support clients through the sales process.
• Negotiate contracts and help ensure a positive experience and mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up to develop repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure project execution.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and communicate status of leads and active projects.
• Research market activity and opportunities throughout South Florida.
• Maintain a professional presence within the industry through events and social platforms.
• Assist showroom clients and support business-development initiatives as needed.
