Regional 911 Intake Solutions in Livingston, TX seeks 911 Call Takers to be the first contact for emergency calls. You will ask focused questions, verify incident details, and document information for responders in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities include answering calls, confirming locations, entering data into dispatch software, and forwarding information to the appropriate unit. A high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Customer service or call-center experience helpful.
• Dispatch or public-safety experience is a plus, though not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and nonemergency calls clearly and calmly.
• Confirm location, caller information, and available resources.
• Enter details into call-processing or dispatch software accurately.
• Forward incident information promptly to the appropriate dispatch function.
• Provide pre-arrival instructions only within training and policy.
