Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Confirm incident location and caller contact information.
• Use approved questions to determine nature and urgency of the incident.
• Enter accurate details into call-processing or dispatch software.
• Route incident information promptly to the appropriate dispatch function.
• Assist callers with essential instructions within training guidelines.
• Utilize language-access resources as needed.
