Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation in Kingman, AZ is seeking a MoveMore Service Customer Care Representative to handle service requests, enter data in branch software, and coordinate with service technicians and the Sales department.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma and strong communication and data-entry skills; teamwork is essential. The 4x10 schedule is currently in effect, and Crown offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good communication, analytic, customer care, and computer/data entry skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Per 10-hour shift, must be able to sit 8 hours, stand 1 hour, walk 1 hour, see, talk, and hear. Must be able to keyboard and use the mouse; may involve handling stairs and reaching.
• Crown will only employ those legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Receive service repair and maintenance requests from customers and enter into branch software; may assign work to technicians.
• Enter and verify work orders, provide quotes, and generate invoices.
• Perform cycle counts and assist in inventory control and accuracy.
• Monitor clockings, lunches, overtime, and labor hours; upload warranty reports and follow up on work orders.
• Assist parts department in processing and delivering parts orders to technicians.
• Maintain and update customer and equipment information; generate service reports; support continuous improvement initiatives.
