Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation seeks a detail-oriented individual to support parts operations, manage stock, and communicate with customers and service technicians. You will pull, receive, and stock parts while building relationships with vendors and Crown factories.

Strong organizational and computer skills are required, along with the ability to monitor customer satisfaction and process paperwork efficiently. A valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer and process incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians.
• Pull orders, receive and put up stock.
• Order parts and develop relationships with Crown factory and outside vendors.
• Enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction with parts support and by responding to customer concerns/requests.
• Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers.
• Process paperwork.
• Inventory control to include cycle counts of stockroom, vans and customer consignments.
