Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation in Kingman, AZ is seeking a MoveMore Service Customer Care Representative to handle service requests, enter data in branch software, and coordinate with service technicians and the Sales department.

Responsibilities

• Receive service repair and maintenance requests from customers and enter into branch software; may assign work to technicians.
• Enter and verify work orders, provide quotes, and generate invoices.
• Perform cycle counts and assist in inventory control and accuracy.
• Monitor clockings, lunches, overtime, and labor hours; upload warranty reports and follow up on work orders.
• Assist parts department in processing and delivering parts orders to technicians.
• Maintain and update customer and equipment information; generate service reports; support continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Duties

• Receive service repair and maintenance requests from customers, to include Sales and Service Department staff, and enter into branch software. May assign service work to service technicians based on skill level of the technicians and a planned maintenance schedule as determined by Service Manager or Supervisor. Communicate with sales department and service technicians to relay service request information. Enter Crown-owned equipment repair information.
• Collect and verify that work orders are submitted. Enter service repair information, including repair description, parts usage, labor hours, and payroll hours. Communicate with customers regarding customer pay work orders; provide quotes and document repair requirements as necessary. Verify accuracy and generate invoices for mailing.
• Perform cycle counts of equipment inventory and ensure equipment status is correct in branch software. Work with management to develop and follow an inventory control plan, to ensure minimum accuracy requirements are met.
• Monitor clockings, lunches, overtime authorization, and labor hours. Complete and upload warranty installation reports. Monitor work in process report and work order completion. Report any compliance issues to management.
• Assist parts department in processing and delivering parts orders to service technicians.
• Maintain and update customer and equipment information. Prepare credit requests and process once approved. Create and run service reports as requested by management. Participate in and lead continuous improvement events when possible. May provide back-up support for parts department. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good communication, analytic, customer care, and computer/data entry skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Per 10-hour shift, must be able to sit 8 hours, stand 1 hour, walk 1 hour, see, talk, and hear. Must be able to frequently keyboard and use the mouse. Must be able to occasionally reach below knee level, reach above shoulder level, and climb stairs. Must be able to occasionally work with arms outstretched and work above chest level.
