Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Retirement Benefits Specialist to assist the Retirement Team with plan administration for client-sponsored retirement plans and MEP/PEP programs. You will support daily operations, ensure compliance, and help with plan setup and vendor coordination.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of retirement plan experience, ERISA knowledge, and strong communication. Prism HRIS experience is a plus; a degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in related field or experience preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of retirement plan experience.
• Experience with Prism HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of retirement plans and 401(k) MEPS/PEPs.
• Support day-to-day operations including compliance and client support.
• Coordinate plan setup, distributions, participant loans, and errors.
• Communicate with internal/external customers on 401(k) administration.
• Prepare year-end compliance testing and Form 5500 support.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Client Relations, Benefits and vendors.
