Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning to real-world practice under a licensed pharmacist. You’ll participate in a comprehensive training roadmap, observe store operations, and support pharmacy teams to ensure safe, timely, and accurate prescription fulfillment.

You will learn to operate under SOPs, engage in patient counseling, and gain exposure to immunizations and other patient care services under supervision in a CVS Retail setting.

Qualifications

• ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy enrolled or admitted.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining valid intern/technician licensure as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists and Technicians manage patient health.
• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
• Demonstrate empathy and provide caring service to patients at pick‑up or drive‑thru and over the phone.
