Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice within our Retail pharmacy teams. Under a preceptor, you follow a comprehensive training roadmap with KLEs, gaining hands-on experience while learning store, district, and regional operations.

You will assist the pharmacy team to ensure prompt, safe, and accurate prescription fulfillment, while learning SOPs, best practices, and compassionate patient service that reflects our culture of care.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Learn via a comprehensive training roadmap and Key Learning Experiences (KLEs).
• Attend to immunization and patient-care activities where allowed by law.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain patient safety and privacy.
