Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice and prepare for a Pharmacist role. Under supervision, you will follow a comprehensive training roadmap, support pharmacy operations, ensure prompt and accurate prescription fulfillment, and deliver caring service to patients.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and technicians.
• Assist with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient interactions under supervision.
• Counsel patients, answer medical questions, and gather relevant medical history when appropriate.
• Willingness to travel to different CVS locations within the market as needed.
