Job summary

CVS Health, a leader in transforming health care, invites you to join our 3rd year Pharmacy Intern program in our retail stores. You’ll apply didactic learning from pharmacy school to real-world practice under a preceptor, following a structured training roadmap, and gaining exposure to store, district, and regional operations while supporting the pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
• Valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Complete training roadmap focusing on KLEs and grow into greater responsibilities in pharmacy operations
• Ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and patient safety
• Provide empathetic customer service and support to CVS Health patients and pharmacy team
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed by state regulation
• Maintain SOP adherence and participate in inventory and cycle count activities
