Winland Foods is hiring an Entry Warehouse Team Member / Forklift Operator for the 3rd shift in Buckner, KY. You will operate forklifts, manage inventory, perform FIFO/FEFO, and support shipping/receiving while maintaining strict food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines, and SAP inventory systems preferred.
• Forklift certification and other safety certifications are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications (e.g., forklift, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and wrapping machines.
• Maintain accurate equipment documentation and safety records.
• Move materials and ensure FIFO rotation to prevent downtime.
• Participate in inventory counts and department safety procedures.
• Support shipping/receiving and maintain a clean, audit-ready workspace.
