Winland Foods is seeking an Entry Warehouse Team Member / Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift in Buckner, KY. You will safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks, manage material flow, and ensure products move efficiently through warehouse, production, and packaging.

You will follow strict GMP, HACCP, SQF, and FSMA standards, perform inventory counts, and collaborate with teammates to improve processes while maintaining a clean, audit-ready environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; forklift certification a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts, box trucks, and SAP inventory management systems.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications (e.g., forklift, SAP, Train the Trainer).
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines, and related equipment.
• Move materials and ensure FIFO rotation; stage materials to prevent downtime.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and company food safety policies.
• Provide training and guidance to teammates as needed; lead projects when required.
• Maintain accurate material handling records and participate in 5S and continuous improvement.
