Job summary

Winland Foods in Buckner, KY is seeking an Entry Warehouse Team Member / Forklift Operator for the 3rd shift. You will move materials across warehouse, production and packaging, operate forklifts, and manage inventory with FIFO/FEFO, following SQF, GMP, and HACCP standards.

This full-time role includes shift 4:00pm-2:30am Tue-Fri, with overtime as needed, and offers medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating forklifts and inventory systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and basic warehousing safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines and related equipment.
• Perform inspections on equipment and maintain documentation.
• Move materials and ensure FIFO rotation.
• Deliver daily parcel shipments.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and company food safety policies.
• Assist team members and adapt to operational changes.
• Use SAP for inventory transfers and reporting.
• Maintain a clean, audit-ready work area.
