Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking an Entry Warehouse Team Member / Forklift Operator for Buckner, KY. You will operate forklifts, manage inventory with FIFO/FEFO, and help ensure safety and quality per GMP, HACCP, SQF; basic documentation and shipping tasks are included.

Responsibilities include material handling, inventory counts, and using SAP for transfers. This full-time role features a 2nd shift schedule and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; forklift certification is a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts, box trucks and SAP inventory systems.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications (e.g., forklift, SAP).
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines and related equipment.
• Move materials with FIFO rotation and stage materials to prevent downtime.
• Follow GMP, SQF, HACCP, FSMA and safety policies in all tasks.
• Use SAP for inventory transfers and maintain records.
• Participate in training, 5S and continuous improvement activities.
