Job summary

Winland Foods in Buckner, KY is seeking an Entry Warehouse Team Member / Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 4:00p–2:30a). You will operate forklifts and manage inventory with FIFO/FEFO, supporting shipping, receiving, and material flow while upholding the highest safety and food quality standards.

Responsibilities include safe equipment operation, accurate documentation, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications (forklift, SAP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines, and related equipment.
• Move materials and ensure FIFO/FEFO rotation.
• Support shipping/receiving and material flow within the warehouse.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and company safety policies.
• Participate in inventory counts and 5S/continuous improvement efforts.
