Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking an Entry Warehouse Team Member / Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift in Buckner, KY. You will operate forklifts and assist with inventory control, ensuring safe handling and accurate documentation to support production and packaging processes.

The role includes FIFO/FEFO stock rotation, adherence to GMP/SQF/HACCP standards, and collaboration with teammates to meet quality and delivery goals. Some certifications may be required or pursued after hire.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; forklift certification is a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts, box trucks, and SAP inventory management systems.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications (e.g., forklift, SAP, Train the Trainer).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines, and related equipment.
• Perform inspections on equipment and maintain accurate documentation.
• Move materials and ensure FIFO rotation; stage materials to prevent downtime.
