Winland Foods seeks an Entry Warehouse Team Member / Forklift Operator for the Buckner, KY location. The role supports production, packing, and warehouse operations with a focus on safe equipment operation and accurate inventory management.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and experience with forklifts, SAP, and hand scanners. Training and certifications may be pursued, and overtime/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating forklifts, box trucks, and SAP inventory systems.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications (forklift, SAP, Train the Trainer, etc.).
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines, and related equipment.
• Move materials and ensure FIFO rotation and accurate staging to prevent downtime.
• Return materials to appropriate locations and handle recyclable materials as per processes.
• Deliver daily parcel shipments and participate in inventory counts.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and company food safety policies.
