Job summary

Winland Foods is seeking an Entry Warehouse Team Member / Forklift Operator for 2nd shift in Buckner, KY. You will operate forklifts and related equipment, manage inventory with FIFO/FEFO, and ensure safety and quality standards across production and packaging.

The role includes collaboration with the team, potential training responsibilities, and opportunities to contribute to process improvements while maintaining clean, organized work areas. Compensatory benefits are described in the posting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Additional certifications (e.g., Forklift, Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines, and other related equipment.
• Move materials and ensure FIFO rotation; stage materials to prevent production downtime.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and company food safety policies.
• Maintain accurate material handling records and participate in inventory counts.
• Support shipping/receiving and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to teammates as needed.
