Job summary

CTDI is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor in Jeffersonville, Indiana to coordinate and lead production teams, monitor KPIs, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities include assigning tasks, supporting continuous improvement, managing timecards, and upholding health and safety policies in a fast-paced warehouse setting. This role offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits within a family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a materials or distribution environment preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on results.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient leadership and interpersonal abilities and strong communication.
• Ability to engage with customers in a professional manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers operating production machinery and packaging products.
• Assigns daily tasks and supports production challenges for improvements.
• Monitors KPIs and reports to meet customer expectations.
• Delivers concise shift transition information for the next shift.
• Provides first-level support for escalated issues during the shift.
• Maintains production quality by tracking departmental metrics.
• Communicates with management and customers to meet SLAs and resolve issues.
• Addresses employee concerns and supports HR with disciplinary actions.
• Reviews timecards for accuracy and resolves discrepancies.
• Ensures temporary labor compliance and escalation processes.
• Promotes a positive work environment and team collaboration.
• Assists in labor planning and scheduling for P&L forecasting.
• Prepares and delivers daily performance feedback and reporting.
• Coordinates workflow and ensures supplies meet demand.
• Provides training and development opportunities to employees.
• Ensures health and safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support business needs.
