Job summary

CTDI is hiring a Shipping-Receiving Clerk for the 2nd shift (3:00PM - 11:30PM, Monday - Friday) in Jeffersonville, IN. You will verify shipments, prepare items for dispatch, and maintain accurate records using basic computer tools.

You will work in a warehouse environment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and contribute to safe, efficient operations while benefiting from weekly pay, a monthly incentive, health and vision insurance, 401(k), life and disability coverages, EAP, and a flexible spending account.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping are essential.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Experience with basic computer data entry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare items for shipment with proper labeling and packaging.
• Compare counts against bills of lading, invoices, and orders.
• Unpack, inspect, and route shipments; reject damaged items.
• Report defective materials to the supervisor.
• Use computer systems to track goods and inventory.
• Maintain supplies of shipping materials and keep area clean.
• Follow warehouse safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as needed to support operations.
