Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate and lead production workers on-site in Indianapolis, ensuring targets, quality, and P&L results are met. Weekend shift runs 12:00PM - 8:30PM with a base pay of $21.44/hr plus 20% differential, totaling $25.72/hr.

Training begins on dayshift. This role requires supervising equipment operation, task assignment, issue resolution, and performance reporting to meet SLAs and customer expectations.

Qualifications

1+ years of leadership experience in a materials/distribution environment preferred.
Capable problem-solving and decision-making with a strategic, results-driven approach.
Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Supervises workers operating production machinery and packaging goods for shipment.
Schedules tasks, troubleshoots issues, and implements improvements to boost efficiency.
Meets or exceeds daily KPIs and provides clear shift-transition information.
