CTDI is seeking a Shift Production Supervisor to coordinate and supervise production workers on the 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM, Sunday–Thursday) in our Indiana facility. Lead daily operations to meet targets, maintain quality standards, and drive P&L results through efficient labor planning and workflow.

You will mentor staff, monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with management to meet SLAs and customer expectations.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a materials/distribution environment preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Mansioni

• Supervises workers operating production machinery, assembly, quality checks, or packaging.
• Assigns tasks, supports production challenges, and looks for operational improvements.
